房門口有那隙、洗手間放紙巾位置是爛的、毛巾又骯髒又破、櫃門又壞、衣櫃門又壞，房間沒紙巾和椅子、花灑時熱時冷。 第一晚在酒店洗澡的時候是約11:50，致電到前台叫我們等5分鐘會派人到我房間，但等到12時12分左右都沒人來，我們再打到前台又叫我們等5分鐘，今次是個女前台員工，超沒禮貌的，我想再說話但電話馬上掛掉了。。。之後等到差點睡著，自己再去試試有沒有水洗澡發現有就馬上沖，到我男朋友沖到一半又沒水了，最後我用杯裝洗手盆的水幫他沖走剩下的泡沫，我吹頭又發現風筒鬆的。。 然後到最後一天零晨12時，因為我們是要零晨兩點出發去機場的，check out前想刷牙但牙膏用完了，打去前台又是那位女服務員聽電話，很沒禮貌說他們沒牙膏的，我接著想說我昨天才問過為什麼今天怎麼沒有，但我未說完她就掛掉了電話。。 其後我到前台checkout時順便想托酒店代寄我的明信片，但那女服務員說他們沒有人會幫我帶我的明信片去郵局，我回她說：我今天下午已經問過了，你同事說有的，她說：問過也沒用，我們沒人會幫你送過去的，你放在這裡可能要一年才有機會送你的卡到郵局。 其實酒店內其他職員禮貌很好的，但就是這位女職員態度十分之差，加上酒店房內的設備品質十分差。

Furthermore, I would like to highlight the exceptional privacy standards maintained by your hotel. I greatly appreciated the high level of privacy and security provided, which significantly contributed to my overall satisfaction during my stay. While I thoroughly enjoyed my time at your hotel, I would like to bring to your attention a minor issue regarding the inconsistency of water pressure in the shower. There were instances where the water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, which could be improved to ensure a more comfortable showering experience. I believe that addressing this issue will further enhance the already outstanding facilities and services provided by your establishment. In conclusion, I cannot express my gratitude enough for the impeccable service delivered by Jenny and the overall excellence of your hotel. I would like to extend my commendation to her and acknowledge her as a valuable asset to your team. I will undoubtedly recommend your hotel to friends and colleagues, and I look forward to returning for another exceptional stay in the futur
